Unfortunately, we do not let pet owners accompany pets during grooming sessions or approach the van windows for safety reasons. We will provide a tour of the van before the appointment and send you updates with pictures of your pet during the grooming process. Thank you for understanding.

We recommend that our clients follow a fixed schedule of 6-8 weeks with us at our establishment. This helps to maintain healthy skin and coat conditions.
